• Regulatory Consulting: Assisting regulated businesses designing business arrangements and approaches that balances the compliance with regulations and with realising their strategic goals, competition analysis and regulatory advice and positioning in seeking appropriate authorisations, licensing or permits.
• Business Consulting: Guiding business expansion plans or new set-ups, providing strategic advice on decisions related to business development and international expansions, being the sounding board and post-entry advice on approaches to win the hearts and minds of the local personnel in order for the venture to succeed.
• M&A, Investments, and Disposals: Advising on the non-financial aspects of mergers & acquisitions, investments, and disposals in respect of telecommunications, submarine cable investments, data centres, cloud, technology, information technology businesses.
